Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, account panel, related downloads, and connected game services (the “Service”), why we use it, and what choices you have.
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Terms of Service also apply.
This Policy is written for a community Lineage II–related private server / portal. It is not an NCSOFT document.
1. Who this covers
“We” / “Administration” means the operators of this Service as identified on the website (brand name, domain, and published support channels).
“You” / “User” means a visitor or registered account holder.
If we appoint a formal data controller entity or publish a contact email for privacy requests, that notice supplements this Policy.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Account data
When you register or manage a master account we may process:
- display name / login identifiers;
- email address and verification status;
- password (stored hashed; we do not store plaintext passwords);
- optional or required phone number and verification status when phone verification is enabled;
- two-factor authentication secrets and recovery codes (protected);
- preferences and settings you choose in the panel;
- credits / shop balance and related ledger metadata;
- last login time and last login IP when recorded.
2.2 Game accounts and gameplay-related records
To operate the worlds we may process game account names, linkage to your master account, character data, inventory and progression snapshots used by the panel, clan/social features, mail metadata exposed in the panel, and similar operational game database fields.
Public rankings and statistics may display character names, clans, and gameplay metrics that are inherent to an online game.
2.3 Support and user content
Support tickets, messages, and attachments you send (including screenshots or character references) are stored to resolve requests and prevent abuse.
Comments or other community posts, if enabled, are stored with your account association.
2.4 Optional linked services
If you link a third-party identity (for example Twitch), we store provider identifiers, login/display name, avatar URL, and related OAuth metadata needed to keep the link working. You can disconnect links where the panel allows it.
2.5 Technical and security data
We automatically process technical data such as IP addresses, browser user agents, device/session identifiers, approximate request timestamps, URLs/paths accessed, and diagnostic logs. This is used for security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, debugging, and reliability.
Game anti-cheat / connection systems (when enabled) may process hardware or connection fingerprints according to that world’s configuration.
2.6 Payments
If you buy credits or shop items, we and/or payment providers process transaction references, amounts, status, timestamps, and fraud-prevention signals (often including IP and payment-method metadata). Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us as raw PAN data.
2.7 Cookies and similar storage
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, protect against CSRF, remember UI choices (such as acknowledging the privacy notice), and operate core features.
We do not rely on advertising trackers as part of the default Service. If that changes, we will update this Policy and any consent banner.
3. Why we use personal data
We process data to:
- create and authenticate accounts;
- provide the panel, game linkage, downloads, news, statistics, and shop;
- verify email/phone where required;
- send service notices related to security, purchases, or account issues;
- moderate content and enforce the Terms;
- prevent fraud, chargebacks, cheats, and attacks;
- improve stability and features;
- comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, processing may rely on:
- contract — providing the Service you requested;
- legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, service improvement, public rankings inherent to gameplay;
- consent — optional integrations or non-essential cookies if introduced;
- legal obligation — bookkeeping, fraud, or regulatory duties where they apply.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only as needed with:
- infrastructure and hosting providers;
- email/SMS and transactional notification providers;
- payment processors;
- optional linked platforms you connect (for example Twitch);
- staff and tools used for support and moderation;
- professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.
Public game information (names, rankings, clan data) is visible to other players by design.
6. International transfers
Servers, backups, and vendors may be located in more than one country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps appropriate to the risk and to applicable law (for example contractual protections with processors).
7. Retention
We keep account and gameplay records while your account remains active and as needed afterward for security, dispute handling, bookkeeping, backups, and legal requirements.
Support tickets, purchase history, and abuse records may be retained longer when needed to prevent repeat fraud or to defend claims.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where feasible. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period.
8. Security
We use industry-typical measures such as hashed passwords, access controls, HTTPS where configured, and operational logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You must also protect your own devices and credentials.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability.
You can often update profile details directly in the panel. For deletion or broader requests, contact us through Support or the published contact channels.
We may need to verify your identity and may refuse requests that are unlawful, abusive, or that would break security or legal retention duties (for example, we may retain ban and fraud records).
If your region provides a supervisory authority for privacy complaints, you may contact that authority.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at young children. Do not register if you are below the minimum age required in your country for this type of online service. Paid features are intended for adults. If you believe a child provided data inappropriately, contact Support so we can delete it where required.
11. Automated decisions
We may use automated rate limits, fraud checks, and anti-cheat signals. Significant account actions (for example long bans) may involve human review, but emergency automated blocks can occur to protect the Service.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise it.
13. Contact
Privacy and data requests: use in-panel Support where available, or the contact channels published on the Service.
