Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website, account panel, related downloads, and game servers operated in connection with this project (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, signing in, downloading files, making a purchase or donation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ignorance of these Terms is not a defence. Additional rules may appear on specific pages (for example shop, event, or server notices). Where those rules conflict with these Terms on a narrow topic, the more specific rules apply for that topic.

1. Nature of the Service / intellectual property disclaimer

This Service provides an unofficial, fan-run / community Lineage II–related experience using emulator software and related tooling. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSOFT Corporation, NCsoft West, or any official Lineage II publisher.

Lineage II, related trademarks, client assets, and official game materials are the property of their respective owners (including NCSOFT). We do not claim ownership of those third-party rights. Official Lineage II is available only through authorized channels.

You are responsible for obtaining and using any game client lawfully. Where we offer patches, launchers, or mirrors, they are provided only to help you connect to this Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

Where local law sets a higher age for online accounts, payments, or games, that higher age applies. Paid features and donations are intended for adults (or emancipated minors where your law allows). Do not use payment methods you are not authorized to use.

3. Accounts

3.1 Master account

Registration creates a master account on this website. You must provide accurate information (including a working email, and a phone number when the Service requires phone verification). Keep that contact information reachable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password, recovery codes, linked logins, and any device used to access the Service. Enable available security features (such as two-factor authentication) where offered.

3.2 Game accounts and characters

From your master account you may create or link game accounts and characters on worlds we operate. All master accounts, game accounts, characters, items, currency, progress, and related database records are Service property licensed to you for play while you remain in good standing. You do not acquire ownership of virtual goods or database rows.

3.3 Account responsibility

Actions taken under your master or game accounts are treated as yours, whether performed by you or by someone else using your credentials.

It is forbidden to:

  • share, sell, trade, gift, or rent accounts or credentials;
  • buy, steal, or use someone else’s account (even with their permission);
  • attempt to recover or take over accounts that are not yours through social engineering or false reports.

Account sharing is a common cause of theft. We are not obliged to restore progress, items, or currency lost because credentials were shared or mishandled.

3.4 One person, honesty

Do not create accounts to evade bans, sanctions, payment disputes, or investigations. We may merge, limit, or remove duplicate or abusive accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not harm other players, staff, or the Service itself.

4.1 Prohibited software and unfair advantage

Third-party software, bots, auto-clickers, packet tools, memory editors, radar/HP viewers, modified clients, or any tool that automates gameplay or reveals information not intended by the Service is forbidden, unless we expressly allow a specific tool in writing.

4.2 Bugs and exploits

Exploiting bugs, unintended mechanics, map/geometry abuse, or economy exploits is forbidden. If you find a bug, report it through support or designated channels. Do not advertise exploits publicly.

4.3 Conduct and communication

Harassment, hate speech, real-life threats, doxxing, scams, spam, impersonation of staff, and sustained disruption of chat or community spaces are forbidden. Staff decisions on moderation may be final for operational purposes; use support channels for appeals where offered.

4.4 Real-money trading (RMT) and fraud

Selling or buying accounts, characters, items, currency, or boosts for real money outside official Service shop/donation channels is forbidden. Chargebacks, stolen payment instruments, and payment fraud may result in immediate suspension and cooperation with payment providers where required.

4.5 Technical misuse

Do not attack, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer for sabotage, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, APIs, game servers, databases, or other users’ data.

5. Shop, credits, and voluntary contributions

Optional shop purchases, balance top-ups, and similar paid features may be offered. They are not required to create an account or to play at a basic level, except where a specific world or feature explicitly says otherwise.

Credits and purchased benefits are digital / virtual and generally non-refundable once delivered or credited, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or we choose to grant a goodwill refund.

By paying you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method;
  • you will not file a payment dispute in bad faith after receiving the credits or goods;
  • prices, catalogues, and delivery methods may change.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Their fees, FX conversion, and fraud checks are outside our control. Offers on unofficial third-party sites claiming to sell our currency or items are not authorized.

If a payment fails, reverses, or is later disputed after delivery, we may suspend accounts, reclaim virtual goods, and retain investigation records.

6. User content

If you submit support tickets, comments, messages, attachments, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service and to handle disputes.

You must not submit illegal, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and restrict features without prior notice.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate or link to third parties such as hosting providers, email/SMS providers, payment processors, Discord, Twitch, vote/tops sites, CDNs, and analytics-free operational tools. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party platforms.

Optional account linking (for example Twitch) is voluntary and can be disconnected where the panel provides that option.

8. Availability, changes, and no warranties

We may change rates, features, maps, schedules, shop contents, downloads, and rules. Worlds may wipe, merge, open, or close. Maintenance and outages will happen.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted access, perfect balance, data permanence, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not obliged to restore items, experience, currency, or accounts lost to bugs, player fraud (“scams”), connectivity issues, hardware failure, or your own mistakes—though we may help at our discretion when evidence is clear.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Service or third-party services connected to it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for optional paid features in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) zero if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

10. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations using logs, screenshots, video, payment records, and other evidence. Sanctions may include warnings, chat mutes, jail/detention, item removal, temporary bans, permanent bans, IP/hardware limits, shop blocks, and deletion of accounts or characters—with or without prior notice.

We may refuse service to any person. We are not required to explain every enforcement decision in detail when doing so would compromise security or ongoing investigations.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be announced via the website, news, or account notices when practical.

13. Contact

For legal or account questions, use the in-panel Support tools where available, or the contact channels published on the Service. Do not use staff personal contacts for official disputes unless we expressly designate them.
